No. PASTFIVE CLUB has no membership fee or subscription requirement. All gatherings are booked individually per ticket, and no user account is needed to complete a reservation.

Which payment methods are accepted and how do corporate invoices work?
Payments are processed securely in RON via Stripe Checkout, supporting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. During checkout you may also request a Romanian B2B corporate fiscal invoice (issued in accordance with Romanian fiscal law and RO e-Factura).
How are tickets delivered after payment?
Immediately upon payment confirmation, you receive your PASTFIVE CLUB digital ticket via email featuring a unique cryptographic QR code for each seat, alongside Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass options.
What if my plans change? Can I give my ticket to a friend?
Yes. Tickets are freely transferable up to 2 hours before the event begins. Simply open your digital ticket link and enter the new guest’s name and email—no account required. The previous QR code is automatically invalidated and a fresh ticket is issued to your friend.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Because our gatherings are hosted for small tables (10–14 guests) with materials and catering prepared for a specific date and time, tickets are generally non-refundable (in accordance with the leisure services with a specific date exception under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian GEO 34/2014 Art. 16(l), subject to mandatory consumer rights). However, tickets may always be transferred to another person. If PASTFIVE CLUB cancels or reschedules an event, a 100% full refund is issued automatically.
Where do the gatherings take place in Bucharest?
We host our gatherings in sunlit interwar salons and studios across central Bucharest neighborhoods including Cotroceni, Grădina Icoanei, Dorobanți, and the Armenian Quarter. The neighborhood is listed on each event page, and the exact street address and access details appear on your confirmed digital ticket.
What should I bring, and do I need prior creative experience?
You do not need to bring anything, and no prior experience is needed. All studio materials, tools, raw linen aprons, and archival packaging to carry your piece home are waiting at your place setting.
Is it comfortable to attend alone?
Warmly so—more than half of our guests reserve a single seat for themselves. Sitting around one shared table makes conversation effortless from the very first glass.
How does the waitlist work when an event sells out?
When an edition reaches full capacity, you can join the waitlist on the event page. Should a seat become available, the next guest in line receives an email with an expiring 2-hour priority booking link that safely holds the spot during that window.
